Merry Almost Christmas!

I heard from Chris last night. He said they were catching a plane out of Arizona this morning and would land at the airport in Nashville. From there they will be taken to the office in Knoxville. I suspect he will be HOME around 10pm tonight.

One gift that I ordered for Chris over two weeks ago still hasn't arrived and tracking just says "scheduled arrival between 12/18- 12/24. How's that for dodging specifics?! So, I am really hoping it arrives today so that I can get it wrapped.

I still need to go to the grocery store, or else we'll be having instant potatoes for Christmas dinner- and nobody wants that! Honestly, I couldn't care less but I am outvoted.

Oh, I almost forgot! Today is Faith's birthday. She turns 4 years old! She'll get an extra treat tonight, and she's going to bust a gut when she sees Chris. I swear she really is in love with him. She acts so shameless when he comes home. She's all over him, licks his face all over- which she NEVER licks anyone else, ever! And Chris doesn't help things because he just coddles her and says, "How's my girl?" about a million and one times. lol

OK, I guess that's all for now. If I don't get another chance I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!!! :)

Happy Birthday, Sweet Cute Faith! Oscar thinks you da' bomb!

As for Ms. Kristie, Girl, you and I are on the same wave length. Do I really, really have to make Christmas dinner? Because we already did that with family last weekend. Couldn't we just grill burgers or something?

Do I have to go to the grocery store???? It's my vacation!!!

ok, rant over. I'll start making my list now.

btw, what does Chris do? Maybe we can move you guys to Texas and he can work from home?

Happy Birthday Faith! And a very Merry Christmas to you, Chris, and the boys (can I call them boys even though they're really men and probably way taller than me, lol)?

Sure you can call them boys. I do. Sometimes I still forget that Alex is 20, almost 21, and call him a teen! He doesn't care tho. lol
